DRS-222 - Drying Cabinet with 12 Horizontal Positions for Flexible Endoscopes and TEE Probes

DRS-222 is a cabinet in horizontal storage, to store and dry endoscopes and TEE probes. It allows the aseptic storage, up to 800 hours, up to 12 flexible endoscopes of any brand and model.  

As class I medical devices, it is designed to grant complete conformity to EN 16442:2015, maintaining, in each condition, the correct pressure of sterile air; this is also thanks to the innovative patented cold plasma system that defeats potential viral and bacterial contaminations which occur during load and unload of instruments.

Endoscopes are placed inside extractible trays made of ABS (default) or in clear trays made of a special polymer that can be thermodisinfected at 90°C in washer disinfectors. Trays are equipped with automatic connection to medical-grade air to dry endoscopes channels.

The air comes from the hospital supply or is generated by the internal compressor (optional).
It is provided with H14 HEPA filter 0,2 micron and a filter for viral retention 0,003 micron of the drying line of endoscopes channels.

The range is available in two configurations, the first complete with traceability system managed by PLC and a second without monitoring but just equipped with the only air-heated system. (models TV).

All our single-door cabinets are already prepared to become two-doors pass-through cabinets at a later time through the use of a special optional kit. A special “hands free” system for the automatic opening of the door through barcode or RFID reader is also available as optional.
